Refund Policy

- Consultation fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

- Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Treatment Services

- Payments made for completed treatment sessions are non-refundable.

Payment Gateway Issues

In case of duplicate payment, failed transaction with amount deduction, or technical payment issues, users are requested to contact us with payment proof for verification and support.

Cancellation by Clinic

Asian Laser Clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unavoidable circumstances, doctor availability, or technical issues. In such cases, alternative appointment slots or applicable refunds may be provided.
